Very bad customer service. I had a great eye doctor before they took over. Worse experience ever dealing with these people!

Initial visit was nice. Eye doctor was WONDERFUL. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Worst service I have ever endured. Their warranty means nothing! Brand new pair of glasses less than a week old and their warranty will not cover it.
I loved my glassed mad I lost them and they dont have the same 1s instock but ill be back for my new1s Monday
Currently here for a follow up appointment to check the pressure in my eyes and the receptionist said “checking your contacts?” Uh no, I don’t even wear contacts. Not to mention how unprofessional the office staff is. I LOVE my doctor but the staff DOES NOT care about the patients.
So I brought in a very expensive frame that needed a screw tightened, the guy in LaPlata stripped the screw, and then for some unknown reason bent the titanium frames making them unusable. The asst. manager bent them back but couldn't fix the other damage and sent the frames in to get repaired with the new lenses. When they came back with new lenses (not cheap) the frames are still messed up!
