I have been a customer for over 3 years and had not had a complaint until I just recently moved and went to the office here I Fayetteville, NC. My actual exam was great, but when it came to paying I received all kind of up charges and surprise charges. I will be calling to cancel my order tomorrow morning and ordering my daughter's and my glasses through zenni optical.
