My two girls & I walked into the Falls Grove store & they actually had the balls to tell us they had nothing to show us from frames our insurance covered. They tried to sell us on $40 frames. They must be desperate to make a buck but it’s not gonna be from us. This was my second bad visit where they tried to rip me off. The first was at another location. Wow. Don’t even walk into these places. They’re worse than used car salesmen. The optometrists themselves have always been more subtle. 🤯🤬

Great eye Doctor. I bought a nice pair of glasses. Purchased a warranty and ended up needing it. I was able to split my warranty up by utilizing the frame redemption separate from the lens warranty. The eyewear consultant Mercedes was pretty amazing too. Highly recommend!
