WELL IF YOU SELL A STAINLESS STEEL FRAME THEN IT SHOULD BE SO . I HAD AND STILL DO HAVE PAIR THAT TURN MY EARS GREEN .. RecommendedI went to the location on 1212 N Wells in Chicago. Everything was great. Picked out nice glasses. I couldn't be happier that they took my insurance.
My doctor is great ! She is the only recommendation I’ll give. I’ve been waiting three weeks for my new glasses to get here 😡. Was told after I paid $289 it would be 7-10 days. Very unacceptable- no answers. No one has been able to tell me anything
I took my daughter to the Mint Hill location after making an appointment on-line. There was no record of her appointment! I was told that the on-line system doesn’t always sync up to the appointment times that are actually available! This is ridiculous! The office manager seemed to be blaming me saying that if I had made an earlier appointment they would have been able to see her. I am sorry to say that being with the doctors there for over 10 years, we will now be finding another one for our family.
Don’t bother with this place. Employees are clueless and/or lazy.
I went the the Bel Air MD location Saturday and it was my first time going to Mr. Eye Doctor. I could not be more impressed. The front office staff were both very friendly and helpful(especially Rachel). I typically hate going to the eye doctor, but not this time. The doctor was nice and very informative. He had a great demeanor that relaxed my nerves quite a bit. Then at the end, I wound up getting my exam, a years supply of contact lenses, and a pair of sunglasses all for only $84!!! I have been waiting a month on my glasses!! Insurance has done paid plus my it off pocket expenses. Was told it would be a week and a half before they would come in. Waited 2 weeks called only to be told by glasses are broke at the lab. They should be in next week. Well we are on the 4th week of waiting only to be told today that my glasses didn't lisas final inspection. So 1 month without glasses and still waiting. Do Not Recommend this place at all. I will Never be back!! This is at The Dyersburg Tn location.
Worst customer service ever!! I have never dealt with soneone so rude. Never going back but am contacting headquarters to let them know what this office is like
