I purchased glasses in Hernando-ripped off for over 300.00 then not the right prescription, went back several times they said to bad they were right. Oops, they disappeared overnight from this location, and I have been stuck with insurance that only assists with glasses every two years.

The Ocala office on 200 refused to see me after waiting a few months to get my appointment. I was called back after 15 minutes in the waiting room. The lady getting me ready for my exam asked if I was okay to be dilated today. When I said no because I didn’t have a driver and had to go back to work as I was on my lunch break, she said that was going to be a problem and that the Dr wouldn’t see me if I didn’t get my eyes dilated. Worse experience ever!!!!
RecommendedI had a pleasant experience with the office on South Florida ave in Lakeland, Florida. They didn't make me wait long to be called back. I felt like they were all adept at their jobs. I love my new glasses too! Thank goodness that they accepted all insurances or I would have never been able to afford having an exam and glasses at the same time.
refused treatment to my special needs neice. she was seen by a REAL doctor and has a severe infection. my whole family has used my eye doctor in Albany for 30 years but NO MORE
My experience with the exam itself was good... but everything else was a total nightmare, and now over two months later I’m still waiting for glasses to be assembled after first pair. In both cases the lab gave multiple due dates and failed to deliver! Very disappointed and will not repeat next eye exam😡
Dr. Taylor Brigham (Dublin GA location) is terrific! Friendliest eye doctor I have ever seen. Knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. So glad I visited for eye exam today.
Worst eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Peters did a 1 minute this one or that one, concluding that my Rx has not changed. Put in new contacts -- waited 10 minutes for a 5 second, yep they look good. NEVER EXAMINED MY EYES and with a long history of iritis (which was noted on my health form) a quick check for cells would have been nice. Raleigh, NC location
