Hamden CT store. messed up on making 3 pair of glasses. the lab is now on its 3rd attempt at tinting sunglass lenses for me. if you need an eye exam, they are thorough. I suggest going somewhere else for glasses.
The customer service at your location on Virginia Beach Boulevard leaves something to be desired I only went in to to get my son's glasses tightened because they've never been tighten from when he initially got them and right away the lady wants to blame my son for the way he took them was the reason they were loose and refuse to believe that that's how we got them someone else needed to put in her two cents to tell me to make sure this time we check them as to say I didn't check them the last time when I did and continuousl... read more
I was seen at the Aberdeen, MD office and have nothing but the utmost praise! Every single person was kind, friendly, patient, answered all my questions, took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed. I was SOO nervous to go and they made it a breeze. They actually made my day BETTER just because they were so nice. I would recommend the Aberdeen location over and over!! I am so impressed. Thank you so much to the staff at the Aberdeen MyEyeDr.
Don’t bother to give them your business. Find another office or doctor. I visited the Bowie location on Race Track Rd. I was approximately 11 minutes late and was told I couldn’t be seen. Ridiculous! How often are you seen on time at many doctors offices. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE a My Eye Dr Business. Btw, there weren’t any customers in the store and the people weren’t friendly either
Hire better service techs and get the prescriptions right. Customer service at the Oxon Hill,MD location is in much need of improvement.
I used the one in Aberdeen Maryland. They cannot get my prescription right nor the fitting of my glasses. They will force you to take what they want you to have not what you like or prefer. The doctor told me I was A-Typical for just wanting a new pair of glasses using my old prescription b/c they couldn't get a new prescription right. I went back today trying to get a pair of glasses fitted for me & came out in worse shape than when I went in.
Got a pair of glasses with scratches on them. noticed it within three days of getting them. they offered to replace them but got a phone call about the second pair showing up today and it's not up to par. they can't pass them because of issues. Screw my eye doctor because they ain't worth the money being spent. 🤬
