Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Was told over the phone that even with a astigmatism that they would fit me into one of there advertised specials. I get there and after going through the exam I'm told I can't get any of the specials. Talk about bait and switch!!!
If I could give no stars I would. If you have the insurance, go take your child to go see Brian Sherman, he knows how to handle kids. DO NOT come here if you have a younger child.
I have been going to Vision Associates for 16 years and have always received excellent service. I have no desire to go anywhere else. They are fully knowledgeable about processing vision insurance claims and the doctors have a wealth of knowledge about eye care. Very professional and dedicated staff.
