These past couple days I have experienced an irritation to my right eye. I posted something that mentioned this. After seeing the said post Dr Ann contacted me from out of town with concern. Not only did she help diagnose the issue through discussion but put me in touch with Dr Cline, who was off. Not only did Dr. Cline call me but insisted on seeing me in the office. Both great doctors put my mind at ease with their efforts. This my friends is customer service at its best!

We are so grateful for Dr. Jicha & Dr. Jicha! :) They took excellent care of my husband when he was in a lot of pain from a piece of metal lodged in his eye. The Jichas quickly saw him, found the problem, and were able to remove the object, relieving him instantly. We are so grateful for their comfort in his time of need. (And they also have a beautiful facility!)
