Fantastic company! You are getting cash in exchange to use their service/agency IF and only IF you need it. If you never sell, you keep the cash. Commission for each agent is right in line with industry averages and that rate is locked at signing. Since 2015 commission rates increased 1%, what will they be in ***** years? $$ saved right there. I was hired as a transfer specialist and worked my way up to a licensed sales agent. This company is a nightmare. So many unethical things. They terminated so many people with no explanation randomly. Also the leads are not warm leads they are scam calls. They place liens on peoples houses without telling them . This company let me get ready to type a book here. I started working for MV in April 2022. With a GUT FEELING that they were a scam. I did my own research and saw several news articles and stories telling people to stay away from MV. I was getting paid $18 and hour thats hard to get typically so I stuck with it. Complete and total scam of a company. They give you a cash payment up front in exchange for 6% of the sale of your home when you choose to sell. What they leave out during the all around lack of communication is that it's a 40 year contract + a lien being on your home. Do not trust this company. Also they're known for giving out amazon gift cards in exchange for a positive review on their ****** page from their employees. I really thought these reviews wasnt all true but they are. I thought some people opinion of this job might not be my opinion but I was wrong. The training was terrible. You cant ask questions in zoom training. Management are rude in training and talking to you like your dumb. this company talk to there employees like there are nothing everyday. u cant ask questions or say anything in slack unless you have a question about a customer.Everything is thru email.you cant reach out they phone. ************ turn over rate is ridic... read more

Just as other employees I was let go but the manager claims it was because of my "performance" but the thing is I was on the leaderboards since I started working here. Looks like the real reason is they dont have the money to pay employees. They go crazy about how the leads they order are sooooo expensive. This company is very sketchy. Would not recommend

I have been working for MV Realty for almost 3 months. I love this company!The management, training staff and inside support is always available to help you at Anytime. They have always been kind but professional, and genuine and as helpful to the Teams. It is a shame that the company had to let go of some new agents, but of course they could not have foreseen the market changing so fast.So please know this company is a great place to work. Was needing help with medical and household expenses. I was contacted by an "agent" that scheduled me an appointment with a notary, collected a ton of information, and really had me conned into believing this would have been an absolute miracle at a time i needed this greatly.
