I signed with MV realty in march 2022. in June i decided to try to sell my house. i left multiple messages with the answering service but never received a call back. I was getting answering service even during normal business hours. at the time my house was valuated at over 400K. in august I could not wait for them to get back to me so I went with a realtor. during that time the feds raised the rates and my property value kept going down. I have seen this office and team go above and beyond to help a homeowner quickly get their cash. I have witnessed a broker help clients and agents help guild a successful escrow. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with these LIARS. I started with the company roughly 4 months ago. I was/am a brand new agent and they definitely sold 100s of us LIES. So over the past few weeks we have been getting many bad reviews and even ended up on CBS news in ******. Started with MV in March 2022 as a Transfer Specialist. With covid rapid I wanted to keep my family safe, so I took the job at 18/hr cause it allowed me to work from home safely. Training went ok, didn't like their tone and they seemed unorganized. I worked that position for a few months before I got to assist in support. I revamped Training and documents. I was one of the first to get terminated because they no longer needed my position they waited until I work the whole day and called me when I was home to tell me I was terminated. I found it really strange because I had always done my job and I was never called to the managers office in regards to any problems it was a complete surprise to me, and to the coworkers I worked with. Fantastic company! You are getting cash in exchange to use their service/agency IF and only IF you need it. If you never sell, you keep the cash. Commission for each agent is right in line with industry averages and that rate is locked at signing. Since 2015 commission rates increased 1%, what will they be in ***** years? $$ saved right there. I was hired as a transfer specialist and worked my way up to a licensed sales agent. This company is a nightmare. So many unethical things. They terminated so many people with no explanation randomly. Also the leads are not warm leads they are scam calls. They place liens on peoples houses without telling them . This company let me get ready to type a book here. I started working for MV in April 2022. With a GUT FEELING that they were a scam. I did my own research and saw several news articles and stories telling people to stay away from MV. I was getting paid $18 and hour thats hard to get typically so I stuck with it. Complete and total scam of a company. They give you a cash payment up front in exchange for 6% of the sale of your home when you choose to sell. What they leave out during the all around lack of communication is that it's a 40 year contract + a lien being on your home. Do not trust this company. Also they're known for giving out amazon gift cards in exchange for a positive review on their ****** page from their employees.
