At the time I needed money, they offered me a small amount, if they could list my house if I ever sold it. At that time I was sick my ability to make decisions was clouded with sickness. I could not leave the house. I fell upon hard times and have to sell my house. I am 70 years old, on a fixed income, I live here alone, no family or friends to reach out to. These people are scamming elderly people out of money they cannot afford to lose. Now I am trying to prevent having to live on the streets.

This is the worse company ever. We signed with them because they told us our house would sell for $634k and we were low on funds. They offered us $1,500 to sign with them. They never came to our house to do a true estimate of what our house is worth. I let them know the ac was out and of a few other problems. The highest offer we ever received was $534k. I just read a positive review by "Indira *** ***** be honest, who looks up a business and get to BBB to leave a positive review specifically mentioning an "agreement". What I don't understand is that MV Realty could have had a growing business based on their realtor services, instead the executives decided to create a scam to steal their client's equity on their homes. In June of 2022 someone from MV REALTY called me during a difficult time in my life.They offered me $423 Me whats the catch?Them if you 3ver plan on selling your home you will consider using MV REALTY as your listing agent. Me ok I can do that. They sent $1 via zelle Then $423 via zelle FACTS!!!! today I went to get paperwork on my house from the clerk of court. I was taken for a ride when I chose you to sell my property. I used to own **** ******** ***** ******* ** ***71.and the agent had me pay for the entire closing costs and I was willing to pay for the attorney fees I paid for all that as well my agent wanted me to do the leg work for him 2 days before closing he ask me if I got the pay off from the lender I said no that is your job.
