I had to pay 3% commission plus an early termination fee when I sold my condo to MV Realty. I used no other ******************** I brought the buyer to table, they did nothing. At closing the title company had to take the 3% plus the termination fee before they could release the lien. I lost a great deal of the proceeds from that transaction. Now I don't know if I'll ever be able to get this money back. My husband died in September worried sick that I would never be able to sell our home.******* ********

I worked for MV Realty as a Transfer Specialist in 2022. And I want you all to know the managers were lying to the transfer specialists about what was in the contract. We asked multiple times if a lein was put on the home, and we were told no. We were never shown the contract either, so we really didn't know what we were promoting. Our entire job was to call the leads, pitch what was in the script, and transfer them to the realtor. We were lied to and scammed. I acceptes the $1200.00 MV Realty offered homeowners during Covid. In hindsight I wish I has passes it up. About 6 months ago I had my house listed with MV. They took 21 mediocre photos and posted them on the ***. They did absolutely nothing more. Even when asked they failed to get feedbaxl from the 4 yes only 4 times the house waa shown. They wasted my time. The price they suggested was almost 100k more than the price their main office waa emailing me. MV Realty is practicing illegally. Being Sued in 12 states. A ************************************** **. NEVER use them. A $500 loan became over a $5000 payment. No-one should ever be coerced into selling with a certain realtor.This is an illegal business practice.They have mutilated the Anti-trust Act.Desperation for money now will turn into extreme ******** AWAY!!!!!!NO STARS!

Interesting! MV used to be so attentive to responding to these types of claims (below) and now they've gone silent. I worked for them as a sales person. The company is completely fraudulent and the 'executive' team are smug, unapologetic, bullies who've surrounded themselves with a team of smarmy lawyer in an attempt to protect their greed and thievery at the highest level.

MV Realty Scammed us back in 2020 during the pandemic during a hard time they offered us $1100.00 to let them sell our house if and when we decided to sell, my husband and I are over 60 years of age. I have tried to call them several times and have received no calls back. The contract is for 40 years and if we go with anyone else we would have to pay them 3% of sales price. What a scam.

MV realty scammed ****** from me. I'm a wife of a veteran that passed away 2020 due to a massive brain hemorrhage due to covid-19. He brought in $6,000 a month and knocked me down to $2,300 within a matter of month after my husband passed away. This company come knocking at my door. Literally, the worst company to ever call themselves a ******************** how and why they are even in business still is a mystery to me. Theyre the biggest scammers Ive ever seen in this space of business and Im not even the seller dealing with them. We bought a property that had expired that they listed, and they attached a $15,000 lien on it plus a $590 TC fee that had absolutely nothing to do with the transaction.
