I just finished training and they teach agents how to side step questions and answer evasively. They turn you lose with no knowledge and harass the employees about productivity! There is no training or support. The turnover is massive. The goal is to lock the homeowner into a 40 year contract where they have to list their home for 6%! If the homeowner breaches the contract, they have to pay 3% of the cost. Notary who literally said he knows nothing about the contract comes to house just to be nothing more but notarize the paperwork made things awkward. So prior to signing while reading contract, I decided to call their office. The young lady said she can take a message while clearly distracted where I had to keep repeating myself. I am so thankful that l looked into this company first and the BBB. My gut told me this was to good to be true but when you need money to basically just live and get your car inspection and tags,tune up and tires. Yes bills are payed but for nothing else. They are preditors.. l know it's hard but follow your gut. God bless each and everyone of us..

I was looking to get a $******* loan to pay off some bills. MV Realty said that would.be no problem, only stipulation would be that they would sell my house IF I ever wanted to sell. I asked how is it that you would give ******* free and clear without paying it back. They said the money comes out of an advertising fund. I have a form on my phone that said I was approved for *******. A notary came over. I signed the necessary paperwork. 3 days later I had in my account ******. When I called about it. THEY HIRE NOTARY AGENTS WHO DO NOT CARE IF THE PERSON SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT IS INCAPACITATED, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A COPY OF DOCUMENTS SIGNED. THEY PREY ON VULNERABLE, UNEDUCATED, OR MENTALLY INCOMPETANT PEOPLE. ANYONOE WHO THINKS THIS IS A GOOD IDEA....TRY GETTING A HELOC WITH THIS LIEN OF THEIRS. SUDDENLY 40 YEARS INST 40 YEARS. NO CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT CLAUSE? SCAMMERS.

My wife and I are Certified Notary Signing Agents and would never recommend MV Realty. They schedule us to go out to conduct their contract agreement signings and the clients tell us that they cancelled the appointment or never schedule one.Very unprofessional, unethical, and a Theft of Services in most states.
