Signing with this company was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life! But unfortunately my urgency for financial assistance clouded my judgement to sign a contract with this company. Because of the financial strain at the time, the small print wasn't so important. This is what happens under duress stress. People make decisions that will later come back to haunt them. I worked with Guy at MV, back in November. I was in need of some funds and was planning on selling my ******** home. When I told him my situation, he advised me not to sell, and got me a lump sum check from the *** program. I am grateful I listened to him, because my house went up $400,000 in the last 7 months. They ************* upfront and they do provide a very small amount of money compared to the cost of your home. They are an unsolicited sales scam and will call and promise this money - its not much but if you've just lost your job it sounds good, Don't do it - you are trapped with them for 40 years or more.
