Signing with this company was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life! But unfortunately my urgency for financial assistance clouded my judgement to sign a contract with this company. I worked with Guy at MV, back in November. I was in need of some funds and was planning on selling my ******** home. When I told him my situation, he advised me not to sell, and got me a lump sum check from the *** program. I am grateful I listened to him, because my house went up $400,000 in the last 7 months. They ************* upfront and they do provide a very small amount of money compared to the cost of your home. They are an unsolicited sales scam and will call and promise this money - its not much but if you've just lost your job it sounds good, Don't do it - you are trapped with them for 40 years or more. Yes I read the contract but I'll die before I work with them. I will stay in this house forever. I wish I could say I was tricked but I was just weak and stupid. My experience with MV Realty has been a great one. I found ****** to be very professional. She explained the entire process and was only a call or text away when I had questions.
I signed a contract which gave MV reality the right to sale my home once I decide to sale I contacted them and a broker was assigned to sale my home a *************************. Let me tell you what a mistake this was. I can not get this man to call me and half the time it takes him a day to respond. I do not recommend this company to sale your home I wish to god I never signed the contract. Very poor customer service. I will be contacting an attorney to determine my options !!!

My wife and did our research about the company prior to entering into the agreement. We were fully explained the details of the agreement and even had our attorney look it over and he gave us the thumbs up to go ahead with it. We signed and had $ in our account within just a couple of days. This is a program no one else is doing on this scale and we are excited to do future business with them.
Very professional and very thorough!!!Worked with ***** and I can't explain how skeptical I was about the offer but she was more than willing to go over everything in detail!!! literally line for line and with explanation which was completely helpful!!!! the process was extremely fast and easy and she kept her end of the bargain 100%. I really feel I made a good decision working with her and the company!
