I am a Notary who is signed up with Notary Platforms that provide Notary work. This company tells homeowners that we work for them and we don't. Notaries either have their own business or work independently for themselves. They do not explain to consumers the contract that they are signing and try to blind them with cash payment and tell them false information so homeowner do not read the contracts and just sign, In the Notary instructions we are to take the original documents with us and send it MV Realty. My issue is similar to the previous complaints. I responded to a ********** ad and a rep from MV Realty contacted me back in December 2021 and offered my husband and I a home benefits program if we would agree to sell our home through them and they would give us $1500. However, nothing was ever stated about attaching a lien to our home, which was brought to our attention by our HELOC company. I called MV Realty and emailed them requesting the payoff. They called offering us $690 to sell our house, back in September 2021. We asked many times and they said we'd only pay back the money they paid us. We decided to sell our house to opendoor June, forgetting we used them. I was then contacted by a lawyer that stated due to me selling my home I needed to pay them. When I stated OK so $690, she replied in a smug umm no that's going to be $9,747 and we're putting a lien on your house. They have never performed any work for us at all. Peyton M**** is and awesome realtor. I got free money in the amount of $750, at first it sounded to be to good to be true but I looked into it and it was legit. I then took the next steps and signed agreement with her. She has been by side working around the clock to take care of my situation and continues to do so even on weekends after hours. I was so skeptical at first since I never hears of such a program like this one but Shieryl was AMAZING at explaining how the program works to me and my Mom and assured us that we are in good hands ???? Thank you ******************************** for this program. It really can help some of us struggling homeowners with some extra cash and gives us comfort when/if we ever decide to sell our home. ??????????
Until tonight I never heard of "MV Realty", they sent a notary to my home at 10:00 at night to have me sign documents agreeing to let them sell my house. Prior to this, I'd never corresponded with "MV Realty" and certainly never listed my home for sale or ever made any agreements with "MV Realty" verbal or otherwise. I am glad I didn't fall for this nonsense and get locked into what I later discovered is a "40 year contract." Mv realty they r awesome they gave me some free money they gave me $720 but she told in the beginning the offered was $740 and then we look over the contract and I told her the mount was different it was $720 when she told me but she give me an extra gift card to make it up for it it was a $25 dollar gift card I was happy with the extra gift card and the money too the realtor I'm working with she is awesome and she answers all my questions by phone and texts mostly by texts I'm definitely going to referral friends to her thx... read more

However, nothing was ever stated about attaching my title to my home. This was at the height of covid-19, whereas, nobody was working, could go out etc etc. My borders could not work they could not pay me and I was seriously thinking of selling the house.
