I really thought these reviews wasnt all true but they are. I thought some people opinion of this job might not be my opinion but I was wrong. The training was terrible. You cant ask questions in zoom training. Management are rude in training and talking to you like your dumb. this company talk to there employees like there are nothing everyday. u cant ask questions or say anything in slack unless you have a question about a customer.Everything is thru email.you cant reach out they phone. ************ turn over rate is ridic... read more
Any positive reviews you read of this company are false. They take advantage of their employees and their clients. Big trouble is in the horizon. Steer clear.
Just as other employees I was let go but the manager claims it was because of my "performance" but the thing is I was on the leaderboards since I started working here. Looks like the real reason is they dont have the money to pay employees. They go crazy about how the leads they order are sooooo expensive. This company is very sketchy. Would not recommend

They have always been kind but professional, and genuine and as helpful to the Teams. Was needing help with medical and household expenses. I was contacted by an "agent" that scheduled me an appointment with a notary, collected a ton of information, and really had me conned into believing this would have been an absolute miracle at a time i needed this greatly. The value of my home has tripled since it was purchased below market value at the time and continues to climb. Amazing opportunity to take advantage of where the real estate market is today; Unfortunately, it seems that some disgruntled employees and under educated clients have had a negative experience. I hope it wont detour you from cashing in on your promotional fee!

Well I can tell you they are the WORSE company to work for. They booted me out of all systems in the middle of my shift, sent me an email stating I was terminated. Said I didnt meet my metrics, NEVER provided me with a statement of what my metrics were. Had 2 days off due to the companies technical issues. And no one will respond to my emails about anything. I worked for this company for a year. At first it seemed very promising, management seemed great. Its for show. Let me tell you the truth. It is telemarketing, it is cold calling, you are nothing to them except a possibility of more money in their pocket. This is dead end job, there is no communication, they invite you to slack but you cannot communicate unless there is a "problem" with a call. There are no raises and no incentives.
