I was taken for a ride when I chose you to sell my property. I used to own **** ******** ***** ******* ** ***71.and the agent had me pay for the entire closing costs and I was willing to pay for the attorney fees I paid for all that as well my agent wanted me to do the leg work for him 2 days before closing he ask me if I got the pay off from the lender I said no that is your job. MVRealty are **** artist. We found out about the 40 year contract after we went another realtor. Mow to make matters worse they told us after 6 months if they failed to sell we were able to drop them. We were contacted about 9 months later and told them we no longer wanted to use them. After signing with another realtor they contacted our realtor about the 40 year contract and their cut. When we looked at the contract we found that the signature is not my husband at all 100%. They try to sell your house for one thousand dollars cheaper. They work with Chinese and ****** investors. In the **************** Chinese and ****** are not allowed to buy land. They use illegal ways to try to sell your property. They are being ***d in *******. I want to us3 a different *************** and then *** them.

This company has now filed for bankruptcy alleging $50-$100 million in debt. For those unaware, one would sign a contract with the company to get a small check now but a big penalty later – 3% of the value of your home -- if you don’t use them to sell your house within the next 40 YEARS and yes, they file a lien against your property so they know if you sell it. Once you sign the agreement, you are screwed. The realty/agent are guaranteed a minimum fee for selling your property. If your property sells lower than anticipated, they still get the higher amount. Because of the guaranteed amount, they put no effort into the sale and will even try to persuade you to sell cheap. So that it sells fast. Stay away. Guaranteed money means they will not work for you.
