MVRealty are **** artist. We found out about the 40 year contract after we went another realtor. Mow to make matters worse they told us after 6 months if they failed to sell we were able to drop them. We were contacted about 9 months later and told them we no longer wanted to use them. After signing with another realtor they contacted our realtor about the 40 year contract and their cut. When we looked at the contract we found that the signature is not my husband at all 100%. They try to sell your house for one thousand dollars cheaper. They work with Chinese and ****** investors. In the **************** Chinese and ****** are not allowed to buy land. They use illegal ways to try to sell your property. They are being ***d in *******. I want to us3 a different *************** and then *** them.

This company has now filed for bankruptcy alleging $50-$100 million in debt. For those unaware, one would sign a contract with the company to get a small check now but a big penalty later – 3% of the value of your home -- if you don’t use them to sell your house within the next 40 YEARS and yes, they file a lien against your property so they know if you sell it. Once you sign the agreement, you are screwed. The realty/agent are guaranteed a minimum fee for selling your property. If your property sells lower than anticipated, they still get the higher amount. Because of the guaranteed amount, they put no effort into the sale and will even try to persuade you to sell cheap. So that it sells fast. Stay away. Guaranteed money means they will not work for you.

mv realty has made a hurtful scar on the real estate business.where the trust and effort work with a realtor is destroyed.the person whom claimed to be a broker was not competent to say the least. 1.misquoted the square footage of the home.2. wrote negative comments personally on the home that was to be sold.3. only came the home once never again.4. wrote the amount of rooms inaccurately.5. tried to include a buyer closing incentive of over 6000.00$ with out consent, when it presented to them " I don't know how it got there"... read more

This company tricks you into using there homeowners agreement help to get u tricked of of your money there the worst I highly recommend going a class action lawsuits against them even tho they say u cant I couldn't come up with a worst bunch of ppl that pray on you in time of need .. o hope they get there butts sued .... DO NOt Trust them there just high class con artists gave me Less then 500 bucks charged me 6 grand to get out of there contract .. They tricked me into a 40 year contract for selling my home.They did this just after I came out of a stay in the hospital. I've tried to contact them but I get know response. I was on some serious meds at the time. I'm on full disability and want out of this deal. I need help from the BBB

I've been calling for a week without getting any response. I an agreement with them to let them be my realtor if I sale my house. How is that possible if they don't answer or repond to any of my calls.

I think its really telling that the only comments they reply to are either 5 star reviews or they talk down the person leaving the review. Really says a lot about their character.
