This company is a complete joke. *************************** is an evil evil woman who craves attention and wealth over having any compassion for anyone but herself. She is EVIL. She will do ANYTHING for a dollar. .This company ruined way more people's lives than it actually helped, IF it actually helped anyone at all.

Terrible service and response buyer beware. We own our home and wanted to do a simple cash out. Regardless of what they may say, the membership is a lien and considered a cloud over any loan consideration. We requested a simple removal for 45 days and are literally to this day still waiting for a simple letter to be sent to title for recording. I signed the homeowners benefit agreement in 2019. I decided to sell my home in April 2022. I listed with MV Realty for 6 months as required by the agreement. I signed the listing on April 8 they post dated my listing contract to April 13, the pictures were taken after the 13th and the sign finally appeared around April 22. Then it went live on MLS for $450,00. ??This company Doesnt even deserve One Star! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst experience as a Homeowner I have ever experienced! My Realtor never even showed my house once! I had to call and text my so called Realtor to do his job! Not one Open House! I even told him to get his Sign and lock box off my property!

I was contacted after seeking a loan and thought this was some type of loan. Never was o advised that if I was to sell my property MV Realty had exclusive rights for 40 years. This is a huge scam and I want out if this agreement. The person I talked to made it seem so simple even after being asked was my home being high jacked he said no way. He lied and this company is crooked!
This is the most deceptive, unethical company you could ever use or work for. They have investigation upon investigation pending, congress is also now looking into them, and they are facing millions and millions of dollars in lawsuits. These are not customer reviews! ********************** a great company! The contract is quite simple and self explanatory, and the agent is available to ask questions during the meeting. There is nothing hidden. The property owners are just looking at the money and not listening or reading the contact. The contract is fair.
