mv realty has made a hurtful scar on the real estate business.where the trust and effort work with a realtor is destroyed.the person whom claimed to be a broker was not competent to say the least. 1.misquoted the square footage of the home.2. wrote negative comments personally on the home that was to be sold.3. only came the home once never again.4. wrote the amount of rooms inaccurately.5. tried to include a buyer closing incentive of over 6000.00$ with out consent, when it presented to them " I don't know how it got there"... read more

This company tricks you into using there homeowners agreement help to get u tricked of of your money there the worst I highly recommend going a class action lawsuits against them even tho they say u cant I couldn't come up with a worst bunch of ppl that pray on you in time of need .. o hope they get there butts sued .... DO NOt Trust them there just high class con artists gave me Less then 500 bucks charged me 6 grand to get out of there contract .. They tricked me into a 40 year contract for selling my home.They did this just after I came out of a stay in the hospital. I've tried to contact them but I get know response. I was on some serious meds at the time. I'm on full disability and want out of this deal. I need help from the BBB

I've been calling for a week without getting any response. I an agreement with them to let them be my realtor if I sale my house. How is that possible if they don't answer or repond to any of my calls.

I think its really telling that the only comments they reply to are either 5 star reviews or they talk down the person leaving the review. Really says a lot about their character.

MV Reality is a horrible company and scam people with money to have you sign an agreement that I would have never signed had I known what I was signing. We received a call telling ** that if we sell our house in the next 6 months that we had to use their Realtors. ** the contract which nobody went over with ** says for the next 40 years if we sell our house we have to use MV Reality. 40 years I wont live that long. Warning. This company took advantage of my FIL with dementia plain and simple. My husband has power of attorney and when we contacted them for the bill of sale they did not have or did not send. They did send a recorded memo that acts as a lien on his home. So not only did they use deceptive practices in executing an unconscionable contract, they were unresponsive to our requests for more information. My wife and I are disabled and we feel as though they are profiting off of our disabilities! My wife signed the contract and she has brain damage! Contract was signed without my knowledge. We were taken advantage of! If any attorneys read this and feel they can help please contact me if possible!
