MV Reality is a horrible company and scam people with money to have you sign an agreement that I would have never signed had I known what I was signing. Warning. This company took advantage of my FIL with dementia plain and simple. My husband has power of attorney and when we contacted them for the bill of sale they did not have or did not send. They did send a recorded memo that acts as a lien on his home. So not only did they use deceptive practices in executing an unconscionable contract, they were unresponsive to our requests for more information. My wife and I are disabled and we feel as though they are profiting off of our disabilities! My wife signed the contract and she has brain damage! Contract was signed without my knowledge. We were taken advantage of! If any attorneys read this and feel they can help please contact me if possible!

Terrible service and response buyer beware. We own our home and wanted to do a simple cash out. Regardless of what they may say, the membership is a lien and considered a cloud over any loan consideration. We requested a simple removal for 45 days and are literally to this day still waiting for a simple letter to be sent to title for recording. I signed the homeowners benefit agreement in 2019. I decided to sell my home in April 2022. I listed with MV Realty for 6 months as required by the agreement. I signed the listing on April 8 they post dated my listing contract to April 13, the pictures were taken after the 13th and the sign finally appeared around April 22. Then it went live on MLS for $450,00. I had to call and text my so called Realtor to do his job! Not one Open House! I even told him to get his Sign and lock box off my property!
