He was very intent on getting it to me as soon as possible so that i would see its not a scam. He was very patient with me. I was lucky to have him as my realtor. I was very unsure if I wanted to join the program but after doing my research I proceeded on with the process.. Everything went very smooth and everyone was very professional.. Great experience I'll be recommending more people to join the program..
I worked with an agent named Joseph W******* and it was a pretty fulfilling experience for the most part. I initially had issues applying for their program due to my going through a refinance, but Joseph stayed vigilant during the process and got me the funds I needed as quick as it seemed that he could.
This company is honest and upfront on their intentions in employment and through the program itself. They encourage you to success, however nobody can make you get there outside of yourself. They encourage you for additional learning and education opportunities constantly and continue to find better ways to communicate on a widespread basis as they serve so many states.
When they first called I thought their marketing strategy was a scam but after explaining everything to me I decided to check it out. The notary came by and was very nice. They spent time on the phone going over the contract with us and answered every question we have. Would do this again if I could.
MV Realty is Professional, hard working real estate agents. Using this company is best descision ever made. They are top notch!!
