Went on a weekday during school hours. Only three families there, very nice. Clean and kept in good working condition. Not crowded and loads of fun for my preschooler.

I gave this rating based on giving my 5yr old the options. I personally was very disappointed. We went for his bday but they would not let us bring in cupcakes or even presents because we didn't book it as a bday party (BTW I called the week before to see about booking a party and no one ever called back). I'm glad my son was happy overall but he wanted an overpriced snake that has probably been dragged all over the place by kids before we got there. My daughter 3rd bday was yesterday her 1st time goin here she had so much fun we enjoyed our self nice place for little kids loved it

Granddaughter had a great time, she is 4 and was able to maneuver through everything, we did not eat there, $10.99 to wear a 4 year old out, worth it!

Staff was rude. Ordered pizza and Monkey Joes ordered it from Hot Box..so I cant bring outside food but you guys upcharge me 6 dollars for a pizza and have to wait 30 minutes to get .smh You guys should retrain your staff on how to provide friendly and efficient customer service What is the point of having a bracelet also if nobody is going to check them.. I left with my neice and we had differnet numbers. Nobody checked
