RecommendedMy kid loves it so much, I have to tell him it’s closed sometimes. He would literally go, Every. Day. 😂. I love it because he loves it and has a blast. And it’s SAFE and so CLEAN!! Need to run some energy out before a nap, it’s your place!! Or just to put a smile on your kids face, it’s definitely the place!! We love some Monkey Joes!!
RecommendedWe had a joint birthday party for my sons who were turning 2 and 4. The party went very smoothly, our party attendant was amazing and all the kids had a blast! The one thing that wasn't perfect was that no one called to finalize details like they said they would, I had to call twice to finalize them myself.
RecommendedMy kids loved it and had a great time. My only complaint is that the staff had 2 doors propped open and it had me worried the whole time I was there that a child would run out the door and into the parking lot. It was unseasonably warm today but I just feel that for the safety of the children it would be safer to keep the doors shut. Other than that it was a fun time.
RecommendedWe had our son's 5th birthday party at monkey Joe's last Saturday. Austin was our host and did a very good job. I was quite impressed with how he handled 15 kids and kept everything running smoothly. The place itself was really busy, but being a Saturday in January that's to be expected. All the kids had a great time and the birthday boy can't wait to go back!
I really wanted to love it, but the toddler area rules are not enforced. We left after 30 minutes because my two year old kept getting trampled by 5+ year olds on the “3 and under” equipment.
hire a nicer staff have fresh pizza not pizza that's been in there for hours and clean everything and fix the inflatables this place is absolutely terrible watched a drug deal go on by 2 colored gentleman right in middle of everything maybe there should be some kind of security in the building. this is the one by castleton mall.
