I didn't like the fact that you have to order a specialty pizza and it takes 45 minutes from somewhere else. Also, not everyone eats pizza and they had no alternative like salad, should have gone to Chuck E Cheese

I came to monkey joes at 6:20 with my 3kids today because its my sons bday.And his party isn't till Friday. I was told that we couldn't order pizza and there was no slices available. My kids haven't had dinner,and had already paid for admission. So I had to feed my kids nachos for dinner because there's no signs or no way for me to have known before I paid that they would only be able to eat hotdogs or nachos. Just had my sons 2nd bday there. He LOVES monkey joes.. And so DID I. I'll think twice before giving them our business next time. The party itself was great, don't get me wrong, but for the money, never again! Also, when I went to settle the bill, I received an attitude (and was still charged) for ice cream cups never received, and for drinks that were not on the "open bar" consent sheet that I signed. We have come well over 20 times in the last 2 years. The last 3 times however, today being the most noticeable is the absolute lack of referees on the play area. They are all at the counter. We had to go find a referee twice for kids (not part of our group) that began fighting among each other. We thought after the first altercation, that a referee would at least come out and stay to keep watch. Nope, back to the front again. Had a blast at this Monkey Joes!! Not to many kids and the staff was friendly. We will definitely go back.
Great place. My son loved it. Wore him out and inexpensive. Great helpful friendly staff as well.
Monkey Joe's is amazing place, I take my daughter there every Friday. She also had her birthday party their last year and the staff were great. I didn't have to do anything but show up. I recommend Monkey Joe's to everyone.
Best place to go when your kid needs to burn some energy. This is my daughter's favorite place.
Honestly never had monkey joes but would love to try since everyone I know has told me nothing but good things :)
