I gave 3 stars. I must say the kids had a great time at my grandsons 5th birthday party. Party room was ready, lots for the kids to do, plenty of places for parents and grandparents to sit and watch the fun. All the kids ( age variety, and a couple of older siblings) had a fabulous time. Having said that, I never saw a staff supervisor in the bounce area in the entire time we were there. The facilitator was polite and did a good job handing out food, but was very low energy. It was trashed, no one was trying to clean tables, they played on their phones on and off and were playing grab a$$ with the male employee. 12.00 for 4 drinks? And let's not get started on the restrooms!!! 🤢 but the kids had fun anyways. Guess that's what counts in the long run. I won't offer to take my son, he will have to beg me.

Staff members wanted to be there even less than I did. I would think that if you want to work somewhere with children, you'd be a little more excited about it and have a better attitude! The birthday party I attended was just short of forgotten. The managers forgot to order the pizza, didn't make any announcements, and then tried to charge mom and dad TWICE!!! The women's bathroom was flooded and I watched a mom and her daughter come out of the men's room as a result. It's a germ pit that needs new management at the very lea... read more

Ambia, we are sorry to hear your visit to our Jungle wasn't up to par with our standards. We will be talking to our staff to see what happened with the birthday party, and why the parents were asked to pay twice. That is not how we trained our staff to handle birthday parties. We will also call someone to come out and fix the bathrooms ASAP. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and it will be taken seriously to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
We were there today and it was absolute chaos. Is there an occupancy limit?? There wasn't one person who worked there in the area of the bounce houses. When we left, no one checked our wrist bands to make sure we weren't stealing a kid and when I asked them about the exit checks, they stated they didn't have enough staff. That sure didn't stop them from letting more people in. Dangerous!

Food prices ridiculously high. 16.50 for a lg pizza. They was no monkeys to purchase for the kids. And the staff was just rude as hell. Never again will I go back
