Horrible management and planning on their part. Great place to take kids for a fun day, but I wouldn’t suggest a birthday party there. They just didn’t have it together at all.

The wall advertises pizza. I brought my grand girls at dinner time with the intention of doing pizza for dinner, and letting them play. My girls were hungry. They took money for the pizza, then couldn’t produce a pizza. I explained we intended to do dinner and play time and that the girls were hungry and they refused a discount on the entry fee. Our 7 year old and our 2 year old went there for the first time and had a blast climbing up and sliding down for a couple of hours. We did too since you get to assist your child if they are under 4. Win win
