RecommendedJust had my daughters 2nd birthday party here. Can’t say enough good things about the Cottleville location and staff! The place was clean, and well-managed. They were quick to respond to our guests needs and were friendly and enthusiastic at all times. The party coordinator handles everything, it was nice to be able to actually just enjoy the party and celebrate with my daughter rather than managing everything. Would highly recommend!!

The staff was rude and the water fountains were disgusting! The girl at the front was glued to her phone, she swiped my credit card before telling me to total, the rolled her eyes when I asked for a freeze straw. The water fountains looked like it was growing mold. I would like to know the last time it was cleaned. With all that being said, my kids still had fun. But I think I’ll find somewhere else to go next time I do an outing.

RecommendedThe place is clean and organized. Staff is super friendly too! We were disappointed that my sons two favorite games were either not working or turned off. The prize selection was pitiful. More attention to ordering to keep up with demand over break would be recommended. Not much to chose from at all.
walk in and the only words out of the cashier's mouth was the amount., no hi how are you, welcome to monkey Joe's, happy new year.... nothing. One of the slides has a big tear in it. the kids were getting their foot caught up in it. the mats near the openings were not flat, watched kids trip over them and my daughter tore half her nail off going down one of the slides. it got caught in a rip near the bottom. no one seemed to care. at least they gave us a bandaid
Recommendedkids absolutely have a blast whenever we go. there's so many different activities and bounce houses for the kids to choose from. super easy and accessible for adult assistance as well!
RecommendedWe visited yesterday with our daughters, their husbands, and 6 grandchildren. This was our first visit. All the kids and “young “adults” had a great time on the inflatables. Mimi and Papa helped keep an eye on everyone! Thanks for a fun time!
