My kids had a blast, which was the whole point of going . . . however, the people who worked there were not pleasant at all. No one smiled, everyone looked angry.

It was a joke ! We all had some kind of bites on us when we left . I would not recommend it for anyone . we could have had a better time at chuckie cheese

Understaffed and over crowded. We had my son two nephews and niece there on 1-22-17. My youngest nephew is 1 and he was trying to play in the jump house that is for 3 and under only when big kids got in it and started wrestling and almost hurt him. The jump things need some work too. I seen holes in them and the steps to climb in were missing. The kids loved it though that's what matters I guess.

We went to monkey joes on 1/22/17 around opening time 12pm. And they were packed, they had 3 bithday parties going in while we were there. This time around the staff wasnt as friendly as the first time we went there. They seemed to be understaffed. I stood in line to get some prizez for my 2 year old for about 15mins. The employees just looked at me and didnt even help me until i said is anyone going to help us. Finally we got helped. We go all the time and our son LOVES it. Not the cleanest but if you say something they are happy to fix it.

There are so many better places than this place. Its dirty, expensive, and staff is ignorant of the needs of families. They also had no pizza at all to purchase on a friday night and, shawn the manger, refused to even let us go outside or we couldn't come back. We used to come here often and it has now dropped WAY OFF! Customer service? Pshaw! Take your birthday party some place else. Won't return. Bounce U or skyzone are way better options....
It was really HOT and I was in short sleeves! They could turn on some air! Very crowded, very hot, musty. Other than that my kids had fun except for getting hit and kicked by random unsupervised children! :/
