I have to say my second visit was better, I had a good experience and thanks to Shantelle Fowler for going above and beyond and contacted me to address and solve the issues of my previous experience, I saw an improvement in the service and the staff... Kids working there and act like they hate their life. They ignore people at the counter. Are to busy hanging out at the front instead of watching the bad kids who aren't being watched by their crappy parents. One time we were there, they left some chemical spray in the middle of the floor. Little kid ran up and grabbed it and started putting it in her mouth. Thankfully that parent was following her child and caught her on time! Only reason we come here once in a blue moon is because my son loves it.

The place itself is pretty cool, but the lazy, rude teenagers that work there makes it bad. Need to get some kids with people skills.
Overall experience was good...bathrooms were gross and didn't try the food but daughter had fun...

Could be much better. No control over rough housing. Also bigger kids were going in with small children. Overpriced!

Rough housing isn't tolerated at Monkey Joe's, which is why our staff is out watching all the kids playing. That said, we also encourage all parents to keep an eye on their children so we can continue to keep our indoor playground safe and fun! after a couple of times coming here, it becomes worse and worse. The place is filthy and smelly. The customer service was poor and rude. The workers are lazy and careless. I will not return to this place in the future until it is cleaner and more trained customer service workers. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

We went for the 1st time, bathroom without toilet paper, we have to reach out twice to different employees finally someone came and put new rolls with attitude. The smell is really bad we had a group of 10 kids without counting adult and we left very quick couldn't stay longer seeing dirty tables, no toilet paper, they need to concentrate more in keeping the place cleaner.
