The service was awful. You couldn't get the people off their cell phones long enough for help. They gave us a used box for the "gift" and just scratched another kids name off of it. They made every one put their gifts on a cart as you come in and they forgot to bring it back, we had to go look for it.. The smaller kids had fun, just not enough to keep the little older ones busy.
they have been open for nearly 7 years and have not replaced nor repaired their jumps. cost has gone up and value has gone down. my kids would rather play the EXPENSIVE games then jump. I'd rather take them to Chuck E Cheese for that. Don't waste your time or money
RecommendedJust spent three hours here during break and my 6yo son did not want to leave! He had a blast and I sat and read a book. Lots of snack choices and pizza from HotBox. IDK why the are all the negative reviews. The place didn't smell, bounce houses were great fun and there was an attendant walking around most of the time. My only complaint war the staff aren't very friendly... But I hated my job when I was in high school too 😆
RecommendedLove this place, especially in the winter. Very affordable, even the food.
My sons birthday party was there this last weekend and I paid so I wouldn't be stressed and could enjoy it. It was anything but enjoyable. From them asking me to move my party back a half hour a week before the party, to not having a room ready for my guests to put their stuff in, to messing up on our pizza order and having most of the kids waiting without any food. It was awful customer service with barely any compensation. Not the most enjoyable experience.

Horrible customer service by the manager. The workers were good and friendly - he made them his middle man and wouldn’t talk directly to customers about issues or even take ownership of mistakes.

I would never have another party there again. They overbooked the birthday room, messed up the pizza's, and the manager not once came to apologize.
