Had to drag by 3 grandchildren from the slides. I had 2 10yrs olds and a 7 yr old and they had a blast!

I booked a party for my son's 3rd Birthday. When we arrived we stood at the front without anyone to check us in or greet us, even though there were 3 or 4 associates standing there. The "Manger" finally came and asked who I was there for. I gave her my son's name and she stated she didn't have a party there under that name. I told her no the party is for him. Had the place to ourselves which was good.. (Weekday) can't imagine a million kids and the ensuing kaos.. I don't like large crowds and it was easy to let the little one be wild and free..

By far our worst visit! Proper staff training and employee expectations would benefit this location, also having a manager on duty at all times. Today will be our last visit to this location.

I came here with 4 children (ages 10, 9, 8, and 4). The older 3 children had a blast. They are rough and tumble children with no fear of crowds, heights, noise, ect. My 4 year old is a different story. He enjoys being able to play on bouncy houses as long as it is small, not crowded, and not moving a great deal. terrible attitudes from employees. My niece had a referee to help her open her gifts and she wasn't bubbly or enthusiastic. it was a terrible experience. will NOT be referring this place to ANYONE. they workers suck. restaff. they overcharge on pizza that they don't even make! they ORDER FROM MARCOS AND HAVE IT DELIVERED.
