I will start off by saying as we waited in line I watched two young children pass the Monkey Joes worker who is suppose to check wrist bands and protect our children from leaving w/o there parents or an individual who accompanied them. He was busy carrying on a conversation with a co worker. Two separate times other parents in line said something to him of paying closer attention. RecommendedI love this place the only thing that bothers me is that the young kids that work there have no care and have attitudes. It need to be more older employees to guide the younger ones. I asked one of the young ladies a question and she got an attitude with me. Also, there should NEVER be horseplay when dealing with someone food. I know they have to learn I was once their age but that is why it needs to be a couple more grown adults there rather than one adult and the rest young kids or teens.
I drove my family all the way to your establishment today, only to find out that you were closed. I understand that its the Easter holiday, but there are a lot of businesses that are open. I checked your fb page and called your store, and there was not one mention or pre-recorded message, saying you were closed. So guess what...i assumed you were open! All the staff were just hanging around with elbows on the counter talking. One that was checking the inflatable areas was hiding in the rest room on the phone. Kids were running out the front doors following others without checking their wrist bands and their parents still inside. When we left the girl did not look at the number on mine, cut it off and threw in trash can then my granddaughter walked up and she didn't check her number and then threw it in trash also.
