Staff was horrible. No one was at the counter or on the floor. They stayed in the back the whole time. They looked miserable. The Black guy was rude!!!! There was a sign that said kids get to spin the prize wheel but when I asked the guy about it he didn't know and didn't even try to find out. When we were getting ready to leave we asked again and the guy rolled his eyes and went to find out. Then he said he had to get it but when he went he took his time and was throwing keys in the air. My children love the place and it gives us military discount 1/2 off....
I will start by saying the kids had fun here. That is the only reason they are getting 2 stars over just one. The staff on the other hand were very lackluster. No staff left the front counter area in the 2 and 1/2 hours we were there. Even when they were told about some major safety issues. Unsupervised kids ran amuck on the inflatables. They were getting on top inflatables in areas that were extremely dangerous and not designed for the kids to be on. Had my nieces 5th birthday here and she loved it! The host was amazing!!! He said it was his first party but you couldn't tell!

My Grand kids had a ball of course their kids and love anything fun especially bounce houses! In my mind all I could think of was if they SANITIZE THESE THINGS DOWN? They need it, their nasty, need to clean or get professionals to do

Well, the flaps on the bounce houses are loose. One employee told me I could get a refill on my drink for 25 cents but when I tried to get a refill, I was told that was only possible on Mondays. My granddaughter loves Monkey Joe's so we will return.

We went on a Monday during the day. It wasn't all that busy and there were several deals going on. The kids loved it!
