We do ask that all parents and guardians supervise their children while playing on our inflatables. We understand the little guys that come to Monkey Joe's may need a little encouragement from their parents. We are sorry to hear you feel this way. As with all businesses from time to time procedures change. As you state although we do not allow outside food and beverages to be brought in by any other customers we did allow you to bring in lunches for your group as a way to accommodate your needs. The local store management at this location has not changed in the past couple years so of course, we hate to hear that you feel they are no longer helpful.
