I only went with 2 stars due to the fact that my son had fun. However, there was little to no supervision of the floor and of the bounce houses. There were many older kids that were not using the houses to their function, and had a wrestling ring going in the small bouncy house for little kids. My 4 year old was punched in the mouth by these kids while the employees stood up by the desk and let the kids do their thing. This place is absolute trash water, the staff was garbage water, one of them just ran around with headphones on rapping the newest lil pump like we aren’t in a kid and parent facility, we paid $261 for this shit show and then they asked for a tip like they earned one, then the guy in the monkey suit must have atleast popped 3 xans because he just looked up at the ceiling the 28 seconds he spent with the kids then his handler walked him to his next appearance, how do you charge for pizza service then go buy your pizza from ho... read more

Took the girls there yesterday. They had a blast. Employees were friendly. They even gave my girls some candy. Only thing that's different from Southport is there was no one walking around making sure children were following the rules.

Only down side to my visit was that the air conditioning appeared to be out. Which obviously made it hot. That being said we were there for my son's birthday party. The staff was fantastic & very accommodating. We had someone assigned to us to help with the party & she was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything. There were plenty of things for my son & his friends to play on & they had a wonderful time. Definitely coming back.

I took my great-granddaughters and they had a really good time when we got there the staff however was not paying attention to anything but having a good time themselves the manager actually had to step in and get them to take my card so that I could pay for our trip there I will say the manager was very gracious she apologized for her staff indicated that she had just taken over she actually gave me a refund which she would not have had to have done.
