hire a nicer staff have fresh pizza not pizza that's been in there for hours and clean everything and fix the inflatables this place is absolutely terrible watched a drug deal go on by 2 colored gentleman right in middle of everything maybe there should be some kind of security in the building. this is the one by castleton mall.
The staff was rude and the water fountains were disgusting! The girl at the front was glued to her phone, she swiped my credit card before telling me to total, the rolled her eyes when I asked for a freeze straw. The water fountains looked like it was growing mold. I would like to know the last time it was cleaned. With all that being said, my kids still had fun. But I think I’ll find somewhere else to go next time I do an outing.

kids absolutely have a blast whenever we go. there's so many different activities and bounce houses for the kids to choose from. super easy and accessible for adult assistance as well!
The service was awful. You couldn't get the people off their cell phones long enough for help. They gave us a used box for the "gift" and just scratched another kids name off of it. They made every one put their gifts on a cart as you come in and they forgot to bring it back, we had to go look for it.. The smaller kids had fun, just not enough to keep the little older ones busy.
Just spent three hours here during break and my 6yo son did not want to leave! He had a blast and I sat and read a book. Lots of snack choices and pizza from HotBox. IDK why the are all the negative reviews. The place didn't smell, bounce houses were great fun and there was an attendant walking around most of the time. My only complaint war the staff aren't very friendly... But I hated my job when I was in high school too 😆
Great place for kids to run and jump
I took my three grand babies there tonight 40 minutes before they closed and they tried to discourage us from coming in. They were making faces and very rude. I went to the back to watch my babies play and this worker came back there vacuuming and had me to move 3 times. I went to the front and that heifer came up there and sprayed the table where we were sitting WHILE we were sitting there and I told her to STOP. Very disappointed!!!! We took a visit to this location and let's just say we will never visit again. The staff did not monitor the front or the different areas. They were all congregated at the front having personal conversations and don't even ask if they were kid friendly or smiling. The air was not working and it was muggy in the building.
