Verified Renter The amenities are used by non-residents all of the time. The complex does nothing to prevent outsiders from using the pool, gym and game room. The outdoor and indoor furniture looks horrible and need to be cleaned or replaced. The complex also allows parties in the game room, pool, tiki bar and fifth floor every weekend. There are rules to prevent residents from hosting more than a few guests but the management never enforces the rules so it’s like a frat party all weekend long. Verified Renter Community have gotten loud at night over time. There are days car or people or muice is to loud after 10pm. Amenities are great. Maintenance team is always on the spot to get things resolved. Complex is clean.

Verified Renter There’s a lot to offer with living here as far as amenities goes! It’s also the perfect location being just outside of the city on the edge of the marina, it’s very peaceful and secluded. I love the regularity of the food trucks that come to Emera. & all of the neighbors that I run into are so nice!
