Verified Renter I absolutely love living here! It feels like you are in a resort paradise every single day. I love my apartment and the Florida ceiling windows overlooking the intercoastal. It doesn’t get much better. My neighbors are all amazing. I love the food trucks I have had a very happy experience living here.

Verified Renter Living here is great except for the parking situation. The parking garages are run by professional parking management which i not government sanctioned. As a resident I have received parking tickets in my own garage even though I have the parking pass. Additionally, your guests have to pay PPM anytime they want to visit you because it is run by PPM
