Verified Renter Very nice location, directly on ICW, feels like living in a resort, first class facilities and amenities, water taxi comes right up to dock on north end of property, one and only drawback is that we have our share of entitled and disrespectful tenants, like any rental community - would love to buy my unit as a condo!!

Verified Renter Love living here on the water . Staff is very accommodating . Grounds nicely kept and maintained. Only giving a 4 Star Review cause elevators break too often and parking situation for visitors is not great

Verified Renter It’s not too bad. A lot of work is going on around the property. The rent is going on up and the main amenity area is a little run down. They removed the kitchen area that was in building C was removed and made a dog spa, which is always messing and smells.
