Verified Renter I love living at Emera!!! It feels like I’m always on vacation. The amenities are amazing, I love the sun decks and watching the boats! Apartments are cute all upgraded and great views. Very happy here!!!

Verified Renter Have lived here for 3 years and have been really happy! Management is helpful, maintenance is responsive, facilities are kept clean. Overlook of the building is always well kept.

Verified Renter The staff is amazing and so the neighbors. Really good location. Aceptable prices for the apartment. Sometimes the amenities are not properly cleaned as well as the elevators. The reparation of the seawall is taking too long.
