Verified Renter Great location! Have everything I need. Love to walk by the water with my dog and enjoy doing laps in the pool. Gated community which is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff is very nice and always helpful. Any issue is taken cared of quickly.

Verified Renter We love our experience here at emera. It’s is beautiful community and even better views. However rent is increasing to a significant rate that does not make it worth it to continue to live here especially when they don’t upgrade certain amenities that have been broke for a while like the grills outside and the issue with theft in the neighborhood. Would love to see more events happening throughout the month.

Verified Renter I’ve been residing at Emera for almost a year now. Still one of my favorite communities I’ve lived at. I do wish security was a little be more tight and they would install extra camera due to all the crime but maintenance and management are great

Verified Renter So far the Emera residents has been next to none. The staff have been so helpful in moving me in. Super friendly, nice and makes the pleas fit the aura of the community. I’m happy to have moved in on short notice an moved here. The amenities are the best I’ve seen an the price I pay to be on looking over the intercoastal is just priceless.
