Verified Renter During the two weeks of moving, I never managed to grill. You should know that there is only 1 working grill for 4 buildings (on the 5th floor of the main building), which means it is almost impossible to use them. I would also like to note that the employees of the leasing office are not particularly friendly, especially Lavi.

Verified Renter Fantastic apartment complex and great staff. Only complaints are the package system is a little disorganized and the parking garage is always full. If you pay for a reserved spot, you’ll often see someone parked in it however you can call to get them towed. Everything else about this place is phenomenal.
Verified Renter The Emera buildings and facilities are the nicest and cleanest around. We viewed several apartment complexes in the area and Emera stood out above them all. For the location and views as well as top notch amenities, there was no doubt that we wanted to be here.
