Verified Renter Overall, I do love Emera. Property is well maintained and they are constantly doing renovations where needed. The maintenance is top-notch the cleaning crew as well lately there has been a decline in the residence as if they’re just letting anybody move here. These residents clearly don’t care about their home and trash the place anytime they see fit, my biggest issue is the lack of security and the evening as well as at the pool and the gym. Verified Renter I think the maintenance staff and Lira & Rick are great. They are always working so very hard. I do feel that the community ammenities are a disaster. There are tons of non-residents all over the game room, gym, bbq areas and pool all of the time. It is really unfair to paying residents that the rules are not enforced when it comes to guests. There are also decorated parties in the game room all of the time which means that residents can't use it. The staff does not enforce that rule either. Please start enfo... read more
