The most disgusting experience I have had in my life Since I entered ito my apartment, I have had multiple times every day my balcony flooded with pet urine. Despite numerous reports the Emera management proven incapable to solve the issue. My lawyers will. Terrible community.

Verified Renter Emera has great views of the intercoastal. It also has great amenities. The pool and gym are resort quality. The maintenance team is very responsive and very nice.

Verified Renter We love the vibe here and our apartment view is incredible. There’s some stuff that’s a little dirty or broken but they’ve been slowly fixing stuff the few months we’ve been here and we love to see that! The food trucks they bring in are super convenient! The only thing I haven’t seen addressed is the trash between buildings, not enforcing the pick up after pets rule, and some of the landscaping they just let deteriorate. Verified Renter Great place to live! Comfortable and clean apartments. Newly built. Small community that’s easy to get around in. Ann the manager and Rick at front desk are great! Hopefully rates come down next year, but other than that it’s wonderful!
Verified Renter Great it was a good move in and the elevators were good and fast. We had a good time moving in and it was a seamless transition and we were able to get a cart.

Verified Renter Living at Emera Port Royale for the past two months has been a wonderful experience. The other residents I’ve met so far are nice and have good energy. The staff have been super helpful and accommodating. Maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner. The amenities are abundant, and the property is beautiful. I highly recommend this community!

Verified Renter There is still graffiti in the building A garage. They need more pool chairs. I wish they had a bigger dog run. They say there is a room to watch movies but there really isn’t. You can only use the business center when the concierge is open so they can unlock it. There are good amenities but not accessible most of the time. Verified Renter New residents with parking permits should be given warnings prior to be given tickets, especially due to the impossibility of parking close to the freight elevator with a moving truck. A $55 dollar ticket in a parking garage where you pay to park, without warnings, is terrible for a new resident experience. I would appreciate someone contacting me to discuss this.
