Noisy and constant maintenance issues I signed a one year lease here as a New York resident to have a place to have a getaway. BOY WAS I WRONG. From constant maintenance issues, pool reconstruction, elevator maintenance, parking garage problems, CONSTANT leafblowers, jackhammers, and general noise, it seems to never end here. Even how they collect the trash by dragging dumpsters through the courtyard at 8am several days a week, i mean it eems like they just cant do anything here in respect to the actual residents here.
