Verified Renter There’s a lot to offer with living here as far as amenities goes! It’s also the perfect location being just outside of the city on the edge of the marina, it’s very peaceful and secluded. I love the regularity of the food trucks that come to Emera. & all of the neighbors that I run into are so nice!

Verified Renter This place is stunning, the amenities are like a 5 star resort. The gym is 2 stories and better than most gyms with paid memberships. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. My favorite place I’ve moved into so far since living in Florida.
Verified Renter We just renewed our lease so we like it here :) I wish there was a better grocery store nearby (there's Walmart and Publix only and we are not a fan of either one) but other than that it's a great community and location.
