Noisy and constant maintenance issues I signed a one year lease here as a New York resident to have a place to have a getaway. BOY WAS I WRONG. From constant maintenance issues, pool reconstruction, elevator maintenance, parking garage problems, CONSTANT leafblowers, jackhammers, and general noise, it seems to never end here. Even how they collect the trash by dragging dumpsters through the courtyard at 8am several days a week, i mean it eems like they just cant do anything here in respect to the actual residents here. The most disgusting experience I have had in my life Since I entered ito my apartment, I have had multiple times every day my balcony flooded with pet urine. Despite numerous reports the Emera management proven incapable to solve the issue. My lawyers will. Terrible community.

Verified Renter We love the vibe here and our apartment view is incredible. There’s some stuff that’s a little dirty or broken but they’ve been slowly fixing stuff the few months we’ve been here and we love to see that! The food trucks they bring in are super convenient! The only thing I haven’t seen addressed is the trash between buildings, not enforcing the pick up after pets rule, and some of the landscaping they just let deteriorate.
