Verified Renter Not too happy with the current state of things. The disappointing part is, it’s not really the staff or the amenities—it’s how other residents treat the place. There are messes everywhere, gym equipment is often left out or missing, and none of the TVs work, which is frustrating. Some of the so-called "amenities" don’t live up to the hype. And don’t even get me started on the convenience store prices—they're outrageous, especially considering there’s a Walgreens right nearby.

Verified Renter Beautiful community. PooI and gym are my favorites. Nice territory with yacht marina and amazing view of the river canal. I love this place. The only downside is when some residents don't clean up after their dogs.

Verified Renter For the most part it’s great here! Friendly neighbors, nice staff, dog friendly. Just some minor things that could be better, like the gate will let people in sometimes without a successful call, dog poop everywhere, trash in the flower beds, little broken things, apartment doors could benefit from some soundproofing - you can hear everything in the hallway.
