Verified Renter The staff here is amazing. There is a lack of security and there are a lot of strangers at the pool, gym, game room and seawall. The pool furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced, it’s so gross. Concierges Rick and Lira are so amazing

Verified Renter Emera is a beautiful community in a beautiful location, directly on the ICW! I love my unit so much that I wish I could buy it! The maintenance staff takes such good care of the property and the office staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I plan on staying here for many more years, I only wish ALL the tenants treated it and took pride in it like their own.
