Amenities look in great shape and very clean and sanitized. House keeping staff is very friendly with smiles and acknowledgement each and every time. Verified Renter Living here is great except for the parking situation. The parking garages are run by professional parking management which i not government sanctioned. As a resident I have received parking tickets in my own garage even though I have the parking pass. Additionally, your guests have to pay PPM anytime they want to visit you because it is run by PPM
