Verified Renter The parking is still a joke. My tag was stolen off my vehicle and I was ticketed for an expired registration. I submitted documents to the parking company several times to no avail. I filed a BBB complaint against the company but the company already has a terrible rating. I cannot believe Emera associates itself with such a terrible company. I submitted a complaint to the leasing office but never received a response.

Verified Renter It's been great so far. The maintenance is very fast and helpful. The leasing office tries to make your stay easy, and if you have any problems, they will try to fix them. The amenities are great and in good shape.

Verified Renter Beautiful community. feels like our own little town! food trucks, pop up events, theater room, game room, offices, and you can never get enough of the views. The pool is big and the area is never overcrowded

Verified Renter This is a lovely place. There is very little security which is problematic at times. It’s a free for all at times and the driveway area is always packed with trucks and residents cars. The management, maintenance and cleaning staff are amazing
