Verified Renter Port Royale is a beautiful water front community where I was able to meet some life long friends. It has been a very good overall experience for me. Most all of the staff are super friendly and supportive.

Noisy and constant maintenance issues I signed a one year lease here as a New York resident to have a place to have a getaway. BOY WAS I WRONG. From constant maintenance issues, pool reconstruction, elevator maintenance, parking garage problems, CONSTANT leafblowers, jackhammers, and general noise, it seems to never end here. Even how they collect the trash by dragging dumpsters through the courtyard at 8am several days a week, i mean it eems like they just cant do anything here in respect to the actual residents here. The most disgusting experience I have had in my life Since I entered ito my apartment, I have had multiple times every day my balcony flooded with pet urine. Despite numerous reports the Emera management proven incapable to solve the issue. My lawyers will. Terrible community.
