Verified Renter This apartment complex is mostly kept well. It is so nice I love the pool. I love the amenities. The neighbors are pretty good and overall I would spend all day at the pool.

Verified Renter So far the Emera residents has been next to none. The staff have been so helpful in moving me in. Super friendly, nice and makes the pleas fit the aura of the community. I’m happy to have moved in on short notice an moved here. The amenities are the best I’ve seen an the price I pay to be on looking over the intercoastal is just priceless.

Verified Renter Beautiful property, well maintained most of the staff is great. Residents are super trashy, disrespectful, loud cars, party’s, dog excrement everywhere including hallways and pee dripping on my balcony, non residents using amenities. With better screening this place could be amazing.

Verified Renter This is the best apartment complex. I have rented a few times in my life and this is by the the absolute best. The staff are pleasant and get back to you quickly. I love the Amazon hub so easy to get deliveries. The food trucks and so much more. I will miss this place I called home for 2 years.
