Verified Renter As a new resident so far so good. I will say that the parking situation is very difficult. We weren’t really told about how hard it was finding parking until after we signed the lease.

Verified Renter Emera is a beautiful building. I love waking up to the water views and epic orange sun rises. I have a dog and enjoy walk him around the buildings and meeting other dog owners.
