Verified Renter Been a resident for 6 years, we love it but there are cleanliness issues in stairwells and common areas. Ants in the rec room kitchen, noise issues after quiet hours, but a beautiful property and amenities. We feel mostly safe but door locks don’t always work.

Verified Renter I love the parking garage. Luxer is also great for packages. The pool is awesome and being situated on a marina is great too. Maintenance has been really good. Have had to use them twice and took no more than 2 days to get things fixed. The language barrier with the maintenance workers can be tough if you only speak english but they deliver quality service quickly

Verified Renter Great location! Have everything I need. Love to walk by the water with my dog and enjoy doing laps in the pool. Gated community which is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff is very nice and always helpful. Any issue is taken cared of quickly.
