Verified Renter Elevators are constantly down . Always difficult to find parking space for your car. The view is amazing but rent is way too high considering the quality of apartments and amenities

Verified Renter We have thoroughly enjoyed living here, it’s like being on vacation every day! The views, the atmosphere, and the staff have been amazing. They host great events for the residents, and the food trucks are so convenient when I don’t feel like cooking! The security of living in a gated community was a must for me, and I knew the first time I drove through the gates that this was where I wanted to live. It is paradise!

Verified Renter Emera is always outdoing itself with fun events, food trucks, cleanliness and friendly staff. wether it's soaking in the sun watching the boats go by or walking the dogs through the beautiful neighborhood , this place makes living in the heart of Fort Lauderdale feel like a private oasis!
