Verified Renter Love living here on the water . Staff is very accommodating . Grounds nicely kept and maintained. Only giving a 4 Star Review cause elevators break too often and parking situation for visitors is not great

Verified Renter It’s not too bad. A lot of work is going on around the property. The rent is going on up and the main amenity area is a little run down. They removed the kitchen area that was in building C was removed and made a dog spa, which is always messing and smells.

Verified Renter Elevators are constantly down . Always difficult to find parking space for your car. The view is amazing but rent is way too high considering the quality of apartments and amenities

Verified Renter We have thoroughly enjoyed living here, it’s like being on vacation every day! The views, the atmosphere, and the staff have been amazing. They host great events for the residents, and the food trucks are so convenient when I don’t feel like cooking! The security of living in a gated community was a must for me, and I knew the first time I drove through the gates that this was where I wanted to live. It is paradise!
