Verified Renter I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The property itself is beautiful and the do an amazing job at keeping in nice and clean. The maintenance is on top of things, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 24 hours for them to fix an issue. Each and everyone of of the staff are great. Best customer service you can ask for in a property management.

Verified Renter Great location and very nice amenities. Parking is a pain mostly because there are too many guest spots on lower floors. Luxer package room is not very well organized.

Verified Renter I would give 5 stars but my only complaint is the people smoking mariguana in the stairwell. I use the stairs but sometimes it has been uncomfortable. Besides that it’s a wonderful community.

Management listens to complaints. They are renova... Management listens to complaints. They are renovating commons areas and they look really good. Our hallway carpeting was just replaced and it looks so much better
