We love living In Emera, the apartments inside are... We love living In Emera, the apartments inside are very new, the amenities are great. They make lots of different activities every month that we love, and meet new neighbors. People are friendly and office team is really good.

So far so good. Just moved in and absolutely love ... So far so good. Just moved in and absolutely love it. Cannot wait to start fully living it ! So exciting !! The apartment is super nice, so much natural light and what I’ve seen so far, everything is well maintained. Oh and love the custom scent that you can smell in the public areas

I’ve lived in a bunch of different apartment commu... I’ve lived in a bunch of different apartment communities, and this one is the most relaxed and secluded community. I just had a baby and I feel so comfortable walking around the neighborhood with her at any time. The front office personnel are very helpful and nice.

Emera provides a great place to live, work, and re... Emera provides a great place to live, work, and relax. It has great amenities! We love taking walks in by the Marina, enjoying the tiki barbecue bar, the pool overlooking the intracoastal, and the ping pong tables.

We love the location! Maintenance is helpful and m... We love the location! Maintenance is helpful and management follows up quickly. They have food trucks like every week and post a monthly events calendar in the elevators.

Great place to live Happy anniversary to me! It's been a year for me at Emera and I love it. great amenities, quick response from the maintenance team, a beautiful pool and view of the Intercoastal, and very approachable staff. For things to improve it comes to mind the BBQs, there's always one that has an issue, and some of the TVs I've seen are not working. Management Still needs to improve on the parking system. Overall I'm very happy
