Great community The location and lifestyle of emera is nothing short of amazing . The community always has fun events going on and it’s well kept. Relaxing resort style living and nice apartments . The management staff is also very top notch and keeps everything running smoothly

More like vacation It has been a good year. Enjoying my water views and great food trucks - very convenient when I do not feel like cooking. Staff is always willing to help if there is an issue.

Beautiful views I have been at Emera for 10 months now and I love it. We have friendly neighbors, nice views and great staff that works here. Location is the key, we are 5 min from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

Excellent tour we signed our lease and move in soon!! Had a wonderful tour with Adrian. He was so thorough and professional. We love it here! New management team as of 11/24/20. They are doing a great job with this location. We absolutely LOVE our home, view, location, everything. Highly recommend. We are asking for a 5-year lease! So beautiful. Truly resort style living.

Best apartment living community I’ve ever lived at. The new Bozzuto staff came in with so much to get done. Yes this property is a work in progress but I couldn’t have been more at home. The management is very welcoming and makes you feel at home all the time. They have taken on so many challenges such as packages being crowded in the main office and many more. But, each problem that they face, a solution has come to meet. I couldn’t ask for a better management team!

Verified Renter I just love the overall atmosphere of our Modera at Port Royale community. Any long days at work are erased when I get home to the Comfort Zone of Modera at Port Royale. The few people in my circle family and friends are in awe when they come over and they themselves I think feel like they're on vacation. I live inland at Coral Springs for 35 years and just love the overall location and Landscape of my home at Modera for the past 3 years. Would buy the place and stay here forever if I could.
