Verified Renter We have lived here for almost 3 years now and has overall has been a good experience. There are a few things like the elevator not always working and a few other issues but everyone that works here is so so nice!

Verified Renter The staff is amazing and so the neighbors. Really good location. Aceptable prices for the apartment. Sometimes the amenities are not properly cleaned as well as the elevators. The reparation of the seawall is taking too long.
